Gas separating principle of membrance
When gas mixture contacts with surface of mambrance, all ingredents of gas will be melted and diffused into membrance. Required gas can be provided after separating gases with using difference of permeating speed between gases as picture below (methance and nitrogen are very slow-permeating gas ingreadient)
